Interestingly, the mouse cursor is pretty much fine as is. The scroll speed issue is both with mouse and keyboard by the way. but nothing makes the scroll speed acceptable for me. I have also tried fiddling with the settings in the TemplePlus.ini file:
I have tried different screen resolutions and currently running it at 1280x720 (my native monitor resolution is 1080p, but I find that way too high for the text and GUI of the game). It is just insanely fast even when I turn it all the way down to Scroll Speed=0.
Everything seems to be working flawlessly. I am using the Circle of Eight modpack and launching the game with TemplePlus.
I have just started playing this classic for the first time.
